RECORDING STUDIO

The studio is a 500 square foot room with no parallel walls, an 11 foot ceiling and is suitable for groups of 4 or 5 musicians. A drum set is provided featuring a 1960's Ludwig set with 2 Gretch floor toms, custom snares by Tom Shultz and Zildgan cymbols all mounted on a Gibralter rack. A Yamaha G1 baby grand piano [1972] is also provided as are many
guitars and basses. Amps include a Fender Showman [1962], a Fender Twin [1963] and a Fender Champ. The microphone preamps
are all custom built in house and are located in the studio to reduce long microphone cable runs. There are a large selection of headphones: 4 AKG K271, 5 AKG K240, 1 AKG K270, and 2 Sennheiser HD280 all driven by a Hafler amplifier.

A COMFORTABLE ROOM TO WORK IN

The Studio: A 24· x 19· x 11· Trapezoidal room treated with an absorbers, diffusers & bass traps by Auralex Acoustics. The outside wall is cinder block. The inside is 2 x 4 with multiple sheet rock hung on resilient channel. A very silent natural sounding room. Instruments: Drums, Guitars, Basses, Grand Piano, Amplifiers and Synths are all provided and included in rate. Microphones By: Neumann, AKG, Lawson, Beyer, Royer, Audix, Sennheiser, Groove Tube, Rode, Shure, Crown, Electro Voice and Countryman.
